I had to wait a really long time to hear back from support. When they finally did respond, it didn’t really feel like they helped much. Overall, frustrating experience.

I’ve used vellum.pub a handful of times, and from what I remember, it’s been straightforward overall. Nothing too confusing, and when everything is running normally, it does what I need without much fuss.
The main thing that sticks in my mind is that it wasn’t always smooth. I remember a couple of times where pages took longer than expected to load, or the site seemed to freeze for a bit while I was working. It wasn’t enough to ruin the whole experience, but it definitely got annoying in the moment.
Looking back, I’d probably call it decent but not something I’d fully rely on yet. It’s useful enough, but the reliability could be better if they want people to feel more confident using it regularly.

Once I finally got it set up, it worked great on my MacBook. It was easy to use and I haven’t run into any issues so far. My only frustration was having to wait longer than expected, which was a bit annoying, but the product itself has been solid.

Overall, the formatting looked okay, but some of the spacing and chapter breaks felt a little off. It wasn’t terrible, just annoying enough that I kept having to pause and reorient myself, which felt like wasted energy for something that should’ve been easy to read.

The ebook version came out looking decent, no real complaints there. But the print version had some weird spacing and page breaks that I just couldn’t fix without messing with it forever. For what it costs, I was hoping it’d be a lot smoother. It does work, just not as easy as I expected.....

I picked this up because my brother had something similar and said it did the job without costing much. he was right. It’s simple, easy to use, and for the price, I feel like it’s definitely worth it.

My workflow feels a lot smoother because of it. It’s not perfect, and a few parts took me a little while to figure out, but overall it’s simple, useful, and makes the whole process easier.
